Almost 800 employees work at JSC Olainfarm, most of who (about 75%) are residents of Olaine town. Our employees is the highest value of the Company. We strive to acknowledge it in many ways – by implementing socially responsible, work remuneration and employment policy, by providing training to improve qualification, by supporting as much as possible our employees’ wish to acquire higher scientific degrees in their profession, and by taking care of our employees’ recreation at corporate and sporting events.Since 1999, we cooperate with Rīga Stradiņš University, Riga Technical University, the University of Latvia, and the Mechanics and Technology College of Olaine.

The Company’s programme for engagement of young experts-chemists includes the following:

• Excursion through the manufacturing plant and consulting with the Company’s leading experts, to help students to better understand the manufacturing process of a pharmaceutical company and to improve the quality of educational process;
