Valērijs Maligins, Chairman of the Management Board
Valērijs Maligins is the Chairman of the Company’s Management Board and the main shareholder. V.Maligins has obtained the Doctor’s degree in economics from NewPort International University, the Baltic educational centre – Net University (2007), the Master’s degree in economics and social sciences from the University of Latvia (2002) and the Bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration (1998).

Jeļena Borcova, Member of the Management Board
Jeļena Borcova is a member of the Company’s Management Board and its qualified person. J.Borcova has acquired the highest educational pharmaceutical degree from Riga Medical Institute (1988).

Veranika Dubickaja, Member of the Management Board
Veranika Dubickaja was a medical representative in the period from 2005 to 2006, the product manager from 2006 to July 2009, and the head of the representation office of JSC Olainfarm in Belarus from July 2009 to May 2011. Veranika Dubickaja graduated Belarusian State Medical University in 2003.

Inga Liščika, Member of the Management Board
Inga Liščika is a member of the Company’s Management Board and the Director of the Financial Department. I.Liščika studies at British Open University in training programme “Manager Professional”. I.Liščika has achieved the Master’s degree in business economics from Riga Technical University (1997) and the Bachelor’s degree in engineering sciences from Riga Technical University (1995).

Salvis Lapiņš, Member of the Management Board
Salvis Lapiņš is a member of the Company’s Management Board and the Investor Relations Manager. S.Lapiņš has studied at Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration and the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia.
