Valentina Andrejeva- Chairman of the board
Valentina Andrejeva is the chairman of the board of the company. Since 2007, V.Andrejeva is the associate professor of the institute of customs and taxes administration in the faculty of engineering economics and management (FEEM) of the Riga Technical University.

Jeļena Dudko - Deputy Chairperson of the Council
Jeļena Dudko is the Deputy Chairperson of the Council of the Company and the Director of the Strategic Development and Marketing Department of pharmaceutical company Olfa. J.Dudko graduated Kiev Medical Academy, post-graduate programme of the Department of Therapy and Haematology and obtained the scientific candidate degree in 1996.

Aleksandrs Raicis
Aleksandrs Raicis is a member the Council of the Company, the Deputy Director of the Latvian Medicines Wholesalers’ Association and the Pharmacy Director of Briz SIA. A.Raicis acquired university degree from Riga Medical Institute, the Pharmacy Faculty (1984).

Volodimirs Krivozubovs
Volodimirs Krivozubovs is a member the Council of the Company and the Director of limited liability company Torgovje Tehnologii (Ukraine). V.Krivozubovs graduated A.Bogomoltsev’s Medical Institute of Kiev (1984).
