JSC Olainfarm is one of the largest manufacturers of finished drug forms and pharmaceutical semiproducts in the Baltic States. Tasks and objectives of JSC Olainfarm:
Product development and marketing
- Optimization of the product portfolio and its extension with new finished drug forms taking into account wishes and needs of our customers;
- Development of chemical products and new innovative products and technologies, especially in collaboration with Latvian scientists and scientific research institutions;
- Registration of the Company’s produced finished drug forms and supplies to markets of various countries worldwide;
- Enhancement of the existing representation offices and marketing agencies, as well as opening of new representation offices;
- Development and preservation of the Company’s intellectual capital.
Manufacturing and product quality
- Regular upgrading of the Company’s manufacturing sites, premises, equipment and processes according to the Good Management Practice and other highest international standards;
- Creation of new manufacturing sites on the existing basis and creation of new work places;
- Maximum automation of technological processes in order to increase the Company’s operational efficiency and to enhance labour safety;
- Manufacturing of quality products and provision of accurate and correct information about the products, in order to enhance the trust of our customers.
Social policy
